Virtual Transition Fair
Date: Tuesday, May 19, 2020
Time: 2:00pm – 4:00pm
Purpose: Connect students with disabilities, their parents, and educators to resources available to assist students exiting high school to transition effectively to post-secondary education, community living, and the workforce.
Audience: High School Seniors with disabilities & 18+ programs, their families, educators, other stakeholders
Platform: Region One Zoom: Region One Workshop#148671, check in: WFS
Each presenter will provide an overview of their services, who they service, and how someone can get in contact with their agency. 20 minutes have been allocated to each presenter, with the last 5 minutes to answer questions. SHNs will be facilitating each session by administering questions on the chat box and providing assistance to each presenter.
